Birth Doula

As a birth doula, I offer
- non-judgmental support and information for you to reach your pregnancy, birth, and feeding goals
- 1-2 prenatal visits
- birth plan consultation
- support via phone, text, and email during your pregnancy
- 24-hour availability from 37 weeks until your baby arrives
- continuous physical and emotional support starting in your home (in Middle Tennessee) and continuing to your birthplace if you are giving birth at a birth center or hospital
- 1-2 hours of postpartum support directly after birth
- 1 postpartum visit in the first two weeks to discuss and process your birth experience
